She is also an outstanding activist, who has fought courageously for Charles C. Lynch, the Morro Bay medical marijuana dispensary operator, prosecuted by the federal government who now faces a mandatory 5 year sentence with a maximum 100 years in federal prison. Cheryl has organized numerous protests, contacted state representatives, the Obama Administration, and sparked the international media to cover Charlie\'s case.
